When an ACOE member cancels his/her membership, we need to verify the identify of the member for insurance purposes. ACOE does not cover members with a trust fund, which can allow for legal support to be denied. ACOE's coverage is through an insurance policy with guaranteed coverage. Please provide the needed information so ACOE can process your cancellation efficiently.

For insurance purposes, ACOE will need you to email us a copy of school district board meeting minutes showing that the reason you are cancelling has been approved or accepted by your school board. You can email the minutes to membership@ACOE.us .

What do you want most from an Education Association?(Required)

ACOE members save huge money each year by paying only $210 per year in dues. Local, state, and national dues paid to the other guys can add-up to between $500 and $600.

ACOE does not fund agendas! Many associations fund agendas on the state and national levels. Many education employees find these agendas offensive and want to make the decision as to how their money is spent.

ACOE has spent money to make sure you receive premium coverage at a price you can afford. We ask that you fulfill this agreement before switching to another association.

Please contact ACOE at the end of the year, when you have paid your ACOE dues of $210, and we will cancel your membership.

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I understand: 1) My membership will not be effective until steps to begin monthly BANK DRAFT installments have been completed. 2) ACOE membership is a 12-month membership, not a month to month membership. 3) BANK DRAFT allows annual dues of $210 to be spread over 12 equal payments of $17.50 per month per membership year. 4) The balance of my dues will be collected if I cancel my membership prior to the end of my 12-month membership cycle. 5) This option automatically renews each membership year with no action required on my part. 6) Declined bank drafts will result in a service charge. 7) I will receive a full year of benefits, liability insurance and legal services beginning and ending on my membership anniversary date. 8) ACOE liability insurance and legal services DO NOT cover any administrative duties or actions.
